Website terms of use
About these draft terms
These draft terms describe the Oddwhistle Games website. They do not establish a game license, purchase agreement, multiplayer code of conduct, or game privacy policy.
Using the website
You can browse studio information and development notes and follow the published contact links. Please use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate the studio, or misuse contact information.
Branding and materials
Studio and game branding, artwork, and other materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Being able to view a page does not grant permission to use its branding as your own. Open-source software used to build the website has separate license terms, retained with the source.
For press materials or reuse inquiries, contact press@oddwhistle.games. This draft does not create a fan-content or commercial licensing policy.
Information about development
Don’t Drag Me Down! is in development. The website does not offer the game for sale or promise a release date, platform, player count, or final feature set. Development information can change as work continues.
External services
Third-party links lead to separately operated services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Emailing the studio does not by itself create a partnership or other business agreement.
Availability and corrections
Pages may change or become unavailable, and the studio may correct errors or outdated information. Any proposed warranty, liability, dispute-resolution, or jurisdiction provisions require specific legal review. This draft makes no compliance certification and is not intended to remove rights that applicable law protects.
Contact and publication review
Website questions can be sent to hello@oddwhistle.games. Before publication, confirm the operator’s legal identity, required address and disclosures, governing-law approach, enforceable terms, any necessary age-related provisions, and effective date.
